Zoe Russell will be speaking on cross-examining state "experts" in child sexual abuse cases. The state frequently elicits testimony on delayed outcries, trauma, medical examinations, and more. This testimony can appear to medicalize the basic he-said-she-said case child sexual abuse case. Learn how to keep the state's "expert" testifying within their actual area of expertise and how to use them to your benefit.
